Accelerating Responsible Leadership

RESPOND supports founders from across the globe to accelerate and scale businesses that help us transition towards a regenerative economy. We center our efforts on leadership development, providing entrepreneurs with the space they need to take a long-term, systemic perspective to building businesses that positively impact all their stakeholders.

RESPOND is a six-month accelerator program focused on Responsible Leadership and the regenerative economy. The program is online first, allowing entrepreneurs from across the globe to participate.
In addition to the online sessions, founders participating in RESPOND are invited to three exciting in-person events across Europe. The ten startup selected will work with expert coaches to develop their businesses and leadership skills. Our pool of mentors will challenge and advise entrepreneurs on critical business and leadership decisions. Entrepreneurs will be connected to a diverse global network of founders, investors, corporates, and thought leaders. In addition to the structured, highly individualized support to building and scaling businesses, we provide visibility at various global events. From the World Economic Forum, Climate Week NYC,
to COP, we promote founders and their startups at international conferences and through media coverage.
We’re fully committed to scaling your impact. RESPOND is a non-profit entity – the program is therefore completely free of charge, and we don’t take any equity.
