For the third consecutive year, the Campus Founders are organizing the renowned Heilbronn Slush’D, an event already well-established in the German and European startup scene. On October 24, 2024, ambitious founders, investors, and business decision-makers will once again gather at the Theresienwiese in Heilbronn. The focus is on innovative technologies, sustainable business models, and networking between startups, established companies, and investors. The Startup Festival Heilbronn Slush’D has enriched the German and European innovation ecosystem for two years. Organized by the Campus Founders, the Heilbronn startup and co-innovation hub, the event offers a diverse program and a vibrant community. Heilbronn Slush’D provides an international platform that brings together all movers and shakers in one place.
With over 1,000 visitors in 2023, featuring national and international speakers from Aleph Alpha, Audi, Redalpine, Earlybird, and Morpheus VC, last year’s Heilbronn Slush’D was a highlight. This year, the startup festival and exclusive side events will once again attract key decision-makers and investors from the European tech and startup scene. Beyond mere inspiration, the event aims to deliver real value to the various visitor groups, significantly expanding opportunities for workshops and networking.

This year, the Heilbronn Slush’D event will once again be enriched by a number of top-tier international speakers.
Bestselling author and management thought leader Christian Busch will discuss the importance of serendipity in business. His book “Connect the Dots” (“Success Factor: Chance”) is highly recommended by LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman. Christian Busch teaches at the renowned London School of Economics (LSE) and is part of the World Economic Forum (WEF) expert circle.
Magnus Grimeland, founder of Antler, a global early-stage venture capital firm, will share his insights into the venture capital market. Antler is the world’s most active seed-stage investor, having invested in over 1,100 startups and operating in more than 30 locations worldwide.
Dr. Annika von Mutius is the co-founder of Empion, a startup specializing in AI-based headhunting. AI technology helps address individual needs and values in hiring. She recently published a study with 400 SMEs in the Harvard Business Manager, highlighting the importance of cultural match for recruiting success and overall company performance.
Dr. Wolfgang Gründinger, Chief Evangelist at Enpal, the German solar power unicorn, and a member of the German Club of Rome, will speak about his experiences in the GreenTech sector.
Also present will be Kathrina Meisl, who leads customer and strategic projects at secunet, a German IT security company. Their clients include federal ministries, more than 20 DAX companies, and other national and international organizations. She is an active mentor and speaker on topics such as women in IT, modern leadership, and equality.
Elias Schneider, founder of Codesphere, began his computer science studies at 15 and was working at Google by 19. His cloud platform optimizes the software development process, and he has been featured in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
HyImpulse recently conducted the first privately funded rocket launch in Germany and received a grant of 5 million pounds from the UK Space Agency. Christian Schmierer, the co-founder of the space startup from the Heilbronn region, will discuss the industry’s challenges and his company’s successes.
