About Connie

Connie Siu is a strategist for profitable growth and operations transformation, author, and speaker. Known for her practical and no non-sense approach, she helps businesses accelerate growth and transform their operations to optimize return on investment.

Trained to be an engineer, she decided to ditch her steel-toed boots after a short sting in engineering. A corporate career that followed transformed her career path.  When Connie founded her consulting practice, she brought her passion and expertise in business excellence to help owners and leaders attain their visions and goals.

She is the author of Get Results that Count, a practical book on using meaningful results monitoring to align resources across the organization. The approach is also an excellent tool to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Connie has served on the board for Entre Nous Femmes Housing Society, Certified Management Consultant of BC, and the Transportation Committee of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce. She is a valued mentor for university students on career development.
