Growth Alliance is an initiative of Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank and TechQuartier on behalf of the Bundesministerium für Ernährung und Landwirtschaft (BMEL). This growing AgriFood Ecosystem offers startups a unique platform for sustainable growth in the German Agribusiness and Food Industry.

Through specialized programs and partnerships with business, science and politics, we support founders from idea generation to scaling in the development of sustainable solutions for the agriculture and food industry.

With the goal of supporting innovative startups with sustainable solutions along the whole agricultural and food value chain and creating synergies between startups and established companies – Growth Alliance helps startups challenge their fundraising and growth strategy with industry representatives, investors and experienced company founders.

The Growth Alliance Accelerator Program is a free offer for German AgriFood startups in the growth phase that have already developed an established user base and are looking for (further) funding. On seven workshop-days with input sessions, workshops and trainings by experts and mentors as well as an investor dinner you will be provided with the insights and tools you need to take your AgTech, FoodTech or Bioeconomy startup to the next level:

  • How is the VC world structured and who is the right investor for me?
  • How do I plan my startup’s finances?
  • On what basis will my startup be valued?
  • What do I need to consider before signing a term sheet?
  • How do I pitch to investors?
  • Financing secured – what’s next?
  • How do I scale my startup sustainably?
