About the event

The outcome of an exit is often decided long before the negotiations start. This hands-on masterclass shows founders and senior decision-makers at tech scale-ups what to prepare and when, from what buyers are paying today to what happens between LOI and closing.

Three perspectives most scale-up teams only get in the middle of their own exit:
