Among 100 founders in 2020, only 18 are female. Among start-up founders, there are only 11.”, this was published by Startbase in the Female Founder Report 2021. Even though the number of female founders increased by 1.8% last year, it is still far below the male share.*

At the “Female Founders” Virtual Round Table, we therefore brought together female founders and people interested in founding a company and encouraged them on their way.

During this virtual exchange, we looked at the start-up scene in Germany from different perspectives and talked to exciting speakers about their experiences, female empowerment and how to take the first step.
