Founders Bay is the first accelerator in the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern region. Compared to the other federal states, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern has the lowest start-up rate in Germany and that is exactly what we want to change because the state offers so much potential.

Since 2021, we have been supporting start-ups from Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and from all over Germany. At the beginning of this year (2024), we have now started our fifth batch.
We have a special focus on the topic of sustainability / impact, preferably in the areas of travel tech, new work and mobility. In general, however, we are agnostic.

Our team focuses on the sustainable and successful mentoring and support of tomorrow’s founders and offers participation in a six-month program. During the six months, we offer at least one workshop a month on various topics and also come together for a physical “working session” on Rügen.

In addition to support and help, we also offer opportunities for exchange among like-minded people. Our methodology revolves around a founder-oriented process that forms the basis for outstanding ideas. We believe in building partnerships with our teams, understanding their unique needs and continuously refining our work through feedback loops.

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt bei uns auf dem Thema Nachhaltigkeit / Impact, gerne aus den Bereichen Traveltech, New Work, Mobility. Generell sind wir aber agnostisch.

Unser Team stellt die nachhaltige und erfolgreiche Betreuung und Unterstützung der GründerInnen von morgen dabei ins Zentrum und bietet die Teilnahme an einem sechs-monatigen Programm an. In den sechs Monaten bieten wir monatlich mindestens einen Workshop zu verschiedenen Themen an und kommen auch zu einer physischen “Working Session” auf Rügen zusammen.

Neben Unterstützung und Hilfe bieten wir auch Möglichkeiten zum Austausch unter Gleichgesinnten. Unsere Methodik dreht sich um einen gründerorientierten Prozess, der die Grundlage für herausragende Ideen bildet. Wir glauben an den Aufbau von Partnerschaften mit unseren Teams, das Verständnis ihrer einzigartigen Bedürfnisse und die kontinuierliche Verfeinerung unserer Arbeit durch Feedbackschleifen.
