the transfer and commercialisation
of space technologies, ESA has set up
business incubators located across
Europe. Their purpose is to enable
start-ups to receive technical and financial
support to set up their business
using space technology for nonspace
applications (spin-off) as well
as in order to set up their business in
support of space (spin-in).

of space technology and/or
data such as satellite navigation, earth
observation and satellite communication
for non-space use as well as spinin
of innovation into the space domain
