GCCC

The Global Certification and Consulting Center (GCCC), on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), supports international start-up teams in setting up in Germany. It offers advice and helps to check documents in order to facilitate visa procedures. The GCCC also certifies funding programs, such as the “exist” Business Start-up Grant, and acts as a point of contact for foreign founders, universities and authorities.

The GCCC’s target group is mainly international founders who want to set up a company in Germany via scholarship programs such as “exist” or similar funding. The GCCC offers services for universities and research institutions as well as for international start-up teams and is a central point of contact for clarifying questions in connection with the necessary visa and residence permits.
