Accelerate Female Entrepreneurship

Grace stands for Female Entrepreneurship, Empowerment, and Diversity.

Grace empowers women with entrepreneurial ambitions and women in leadership positions, supporting them in developing and implementing their ideas.

Grace has already supported over 100 women with a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation and is dedicated to actively building and shaping the startup ecosystem for female entrepreneurs.

The Grace Berlin Accelerator program is an equity-free program designed to support early-stage female founders and mixed-gender teams—ideally with an existing prototype or MVP—in becoming market- and investment-ready. The program is open to all industries and various startup initiatives (including non-profit ventures). 

Here’s what you can expect from the program: 

  • An equity-free 2.2K monthly scholarship per founder for 8 months
  • Free office space to collaborate with fellow entrepreneurs
  • Tailored program that meets you where you are with expert workshops, personal coaching, and 1:1 mentoring
  • Focus on market readiness, investor engagement, and building a solid product and brand
  • Business and personal development support
  • Childcare support for parenting entrepreneurs
  • A peer group for your entrepreneurial future

The project is funded by the European Social Fund Plus with funds from the European Union and the State of Berlin.

Both individual female founders and mixed-teams can apply. However, a quota of 51% female founding members must be met if all founding members want to be part of the program. From teams with a 50% quota only the female founding members can be part of the program.
